Introduction Meeting
We will start with a conversation to learn about your site where we’ll build your custom home and answer any questions you have.

Proposal & Approval
We will provide a proposal based on the details discussed in our initial meeting. An initial payment is due upon your approval of the proposal.

Design Phase
Our design phase includes the following:
Floor plan, site layout, and building architecture
Architectural design and plan updates
Interior spacial layout and design with an emphasis on materials and lighting
Pricing package with preliminary pricing

Permit Phase
We will oversee and complete the entire permitting process for you, including:
Specification of final interior finishes and fixtures
Approved permit set/construction documents

Off-Site Construction
Through our industrialized construction techniques, the HONE Modular department builds your custom home in our shop with a team of experienced modular craftsmen.

Site Preparation
Our design and modular building teams will consult on the on-site preparation to ensure the proper installation of your custom home.

Delivery
We will transport and deliver your custom home to the prepared site. We will then perform a quality inspection upon final installation.
